| Dialup Verifying Settings
|| Verifying your Dialup settings is the first step to fixing dialup problems as most problems are caused by incorrect details being used.
Firstly you will need to login into 'MyAccount' and select 'My Settings' to retrieve the connection settings for your account.
Please Note: If you are a Broadband ADSL customer please refer to your hardware manufacturers instruction manual to verify your settings in accordance to the settings illustrated on our settings page.
Open Internet Explorer
Click on the Tools menu
Click on Internet Options
The Internet Options panel will open, click on the Connections tab
Highlight your default connection
Click on Settings.
Verify you are using the Username and Password.
Click on Properties.
Verify you are using the correct Phone Number.
Click OK three times to return to Internet Explorer
